Returns + Exchanges
Jessie Tobias Design will accept items that are in an unused and/or unworn condition in exchange for store credit. Customer’s original receipt must be presented at the time of the exchange. All orders must be returned within 21 days of purchase with original tags attached. Contact email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Clearance items, gift cards, items which are marked non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If we shipped the wrong product or your items are damaged in transit, please contact shop@jessietobiasdesign within seven (7) days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange and we will send you a return label.
All returned or exchanged items must be shipped to the address provided by customer service to be processed. All applicable shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the returned or exchanged items for our office to receive and process your refund or exchange request.
